1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all purchases from Stone Republic and apply to the returns policy.

1.2 Stone Republic reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The changed terms and conditions will apply to all future purchases.

Orders and payments

2.1 By placing an order with Stone Republic, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2.2 Payment must be made at the time of ordering. Stone Republic accepts iDEAL.

2.3 Stone Republic reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if there are suspicions of fraudulent activity or breach of these terms and conditions.

Dispatch

3.1 Stone Republic strives to ship orders as soon as possible after receipt of payment.

3.2 Shipping costs are clearly stated during the ordering process and depend on the shipping location and the size of the order.

3.3 Stone Republic is not responsible for any delays, loss or damage during the shipping process. This risk passes to the buyer at the time of shipping.

Return Policy

4.1 Stone Republic has a 14 day return policy. Within this period you can return an item if you are not satisfied.

4.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn and have all original tags and packaging attached.

4.3 Returns must be reported in advance to Stone Republic using the designated returns process on the website.

4.4 The costs for returning an item are at the expense of the buyer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered by Stone Republic.

4.5 After receiving the returned items, Stone Republic will check the item for condition and conformity with the return conditions. If all conditions are met, Stone Republic will refund the purchase amount via the payment method used when ordering.

4.6 Stone Republic reserves the right to refuse returned items if the return conditions are not met or if there is abuse of the return policy.

Warranty

5.1 Stone Republic offers a warranty on manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days after purchase. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use or accident.

5.2 For warranty claims, you must contact Stone Republic and report the defect within 14 days.

5.3 Stone Republic may reject a warranty claim in the event of fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms and conditions.
